Terms of Service

1. Business Information

Leads2You is a trading name of Hyped Agency Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Agreement to Terms

By signing up for recurring monthly payments for services provided by Leads2You, you (the Client) agree to these terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our digital marketing services, including but not limited to social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.

3. Services Provided

Leads2You offers the following services across four service tiers:

Core (£750+VAT per month): Up to 100 leads, additional leads charged at £1+VAT per lead.

Smart (£1,000+VAT per month): Up to 100 leads, additional leads charged at £1+VAT per lead.

Connect (£1250+VAT per month): Up to 100 leads, additional leads charged at £7+VAT per lead.

Complete (£1500+VAT per month): Up to 100 leads, additional leads charged at £7+VAT per lead.

Results from these services are variable, and no guarantees of specific outcomes, such as such a price per lead or a number of conversions, are provided.

4. Payment Structure

Payment Method: Payments are processed via credit or debit card using Stripe, at the beginning of the service period.

Additional Fees: Clients exceeding the lead limit for their package will be charged additional fees, as specified in the service tiers above.

Discounts: A 10% discount is available for 3-month agreements, and a 20% discount is offered for 12-month agreement.

No Grace Period: Payments are due immediately at the start of the billing period.

5. Renewal and Cancellation

Rolling Contracts: Services are provided on a one-month rolling basis.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel services, clients must send an email to [email protected] at least 7 days prior to the renewal date. No prorated refunds are offered for mid-month cancellations.

Pause Option: Clients may pause services at the end of any billing period by providing notice as specified above.

Termination by Leads2You: Leads2You reserves the right to terminate services for misuse, nonpayment, or breach of these terms.

6. Scope of Work and Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing any necessary access to their social media accounts, websites, or other relevant platforms in a timely manner.

Delays in providing this information may affect service delivery and Leads2You’s ability to meet deadlines.

Any additional services or changes in scope beyond the agreed package will require separate arrangements and may incur extra charges.

7. Performance and Reporting

Leads2You will provide monthly performance reports detailing key metrics, such as lead generation, traffic, engagement, and conversions. These reports will help clients track the effectiveness of the marketing efforts.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Leads2You will handle client information with confidentiality and implement data protection measures as required. Leads2You will not share client data with third parties without consent, except where necessary for service delivery (e.g., ad platforms).

9. Intellectual Property and Licensing

Leads2You retains ownership of all content, strategies, and materials created during the contract period. Upon contract termination, the client will no longer have rights to use any content developed by Leads2You during the service period.

10. Dispute Resolution and Legal Matters

In case of any disputes, both parties agree to resolve matters through negotiation. If resolution is not possible, arbitration will be pursued in accordance with the laws of England. Leads2You’s total liability for any claim arising from this agreement will not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding three months.

11. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Events

Leads2You is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or technical outages. In the event of a force majeure, services will be paused, and reasonable efforts will be made to resume once conditions allow.

12. Amendments and Updates to the TOS

Leads2You reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via email, with a minimum of 30 days' notice for any price changes or adjustments to service offerings. Clients may opt out or terminate their agreement if they do not agree with the updated terms.

13. Refunds

Payments for services rendered by Leads2You are non-refundable under most circumstances. Due to the nature of digital marketing and lead generation services, the following refund policies apply:

Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made at the beginning of the billing cycle are non-refundable, including monthly, quarterly, or annual subscriptions. This applies whether the services are fully utilised or not during the service period.

No Prorated Refunds: Leads2You does not offer prorated refunds for mid-month or mid-period cancellations. If you cancel services, you will still have access to the services until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Exceptions: Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases, such as a proven breach of contract by Leads2You. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to

[email protected] for review. Leads2You reserves the right to decide the outcome of the refund request at its sole discretion.

Service Errors or Disruptions: In cases of significant service disruptions or failure to deliver services as described in the agreement, a partial or full refund may be considered after investigation.
