2. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Leads2You and submitting payment, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the delivery of all digital marketing, CRM, and lead generation services provided by Leads2You.

3. Services Provided

Leads2You provides a tiered lead generation service, beginning with a required Core package, and optional add-on services to enhance results. All services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.

Core Package – Campaign Management & CRM Setup

Includes:

- Campaign management for one product or service on one platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Daily optimisation, creative testing, and performance tracking

- Branded CRM system (custom-built), including automations, sales pipelines, notifications, and integrations

There is no lead limit within any Core tier.
There are no onboarding or setup fees.
Additional charges apply for managing multiple products/services or platforms.

Pricing (based on monthly ad spend):

Up to £3,000 Ad Spend:
£1,000/month (ex. VAT)
Includes full campaign setup, optimisation, and basic testing.

£3,001 – £7,500 Ad Spend:
£2,000/month (ex. VAT)
Includes advanced testing, daily optimisation, and CRO advice.

£7,501 – £15,000 Ad Spend:
£3,000/month (ex. VAT)
Includes high-frequency testing, multivariate campaigns, and deeper analysis.

Over £15,000 Ad Spend:
From £4,000/month (ex. VAT)
Includes dedicated team support, full-funnel strategy, and bespoke reporting.

Connect – Lead Calling & Appointment Setting

Real human callers contact every lead within 5 minutes, qualify them, and book directly into your calendar.

Pricing (based on monthly lead volume):

100 leads/month: £500 (ex. VAT)

250 leads/month: £1,250 (ex. VAT)

500 leads/month: £2,500 (ex. VAT)

Over 500 leads/month: From £5,000 (ex. VAT)

Launch – Landing Page Design & Build

Design and build of fully branded, high-converting landing pages integrated with your CRM.
From £1,000+VAT

Engage – Video Ads

Creation of short-form, scroll-stopping video ads designed for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and more.
Includes editing, formatting and delivery-ready assets.
From £250+VAT

Nurture – HTML Email Follow-Ups

Branded HTML email sequences (up to 5 emails) to re-engage leads, warm cold contacts, and encourage conversion.
Integrated with your CRM and automation flows.
From £350+VAT

5. Payment Structure

Deposit: A deposit is taken upon agreement to proceed.

Balance: The remaining amount is invoiced prior to campaign launch.

Payment Method: Payments processed via Stripe (credit/debit card).

Custom Quotes: Pricing may vary depending on complexity and scale.

Discounts: Available for long-term agreements by written arrangement.

6. Renewal & Cancellation

Rolling Monthly Service: Services renew monthly unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation: Requires written notice via email 7 days before renewal.

Pause Option: Services may be paused at the end of a billing cycle with notice.

Termination by Leads2You: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services due to nonpayment, misuse, or breach of these terms.

7. Scope of Work & Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access to advertising accounts, CRM permissions, or assets required to deliver services.

Delays may impact results or timelines.

Services beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.

8. Performance & Reporting

Leads2You will provide campaign performance reports, typically monthly, outlining lead volume, cost per result, and conversion metrics.
Results vary due to platform performance, competition, and audience targeting. No outcome guarantees are offered.

9. Confidentiality & Data Handling

Client data will be handled confidentially and shared only with platforms or providers needed for service delivery. Leads2You complies with UK data protection laws.

10. Intellectual Property & CRM Ownership

All creative content, strategies, and systems remain the property of Leads2You unless agreed otherwise.
If a client cancels, Leads2You will offboard the CRM setup and the client may continue using it directly by paying the CRM provider. CRM ownership does not transfer automatically, but continued access is available post-cancellation.

11. Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action.
If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Limitation of Liability: Leads2You’s maximum liability is capped at the total amount paid in the preceding 3 months.

12. Force Majeure

Leads2You is not liable for delays or delivery issues caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: platform outages, pandemics, or legal restrictions. Services may be paused until normal operation resumes.

13. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Clients will receive 30 days’ notice of any changes that materially affect pricing or deliverables. You may cancel services if you do not accept the revised terms.

14. Refund Policy

No Refunds: All payments, including deposits and subscriptions, are non-refundable.

No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for paused or cancelled services during a billing period.

Refund Exceptions: Considered only in proven cases of failure to deliver agreed services.

Disputes: Must be submitted in writing to [email protected] for review.
